What the visit looks like, step by step
One visit, about an hour. You know what happens before you walk in.
We listen, then we look
You tell us what's bothering you and how long it's been going on. We go tooth by tooth, check your gums and your bite, and take X-rays that day: periapicals of anything that looks suspicious, and a panoramic if your case calls for one.
We explain it in plain English, not in dentist
Your images go up on the screen and we tell you what we found in normal words. Ask anything you want — that conversation is the point of the visit, and we don't rush it.
You leave with the plan in hand
You get your priority map and your estimate in writing. The plan is yours whether you do the work here or not, and if you want to take it somewhere else for a second opinion, that's completely fine by us. If we find something that needs attention right away, we tell you then and there, and we can handle it the same day if you want and the schedule allows.

Infection, pain, a fracture that will only get bigger. We tell you what it is, why it can't wait and what happens if it does. Treatment is quoted and scheduled separately, and if there's an opening it can be the same day.

Not an emergency, but it does have a clock on it. You fit it into your calendar, in stages if that's easier, and we keep an eye on it in the meantime. Handling it now almost always costs less than waiting until it turns urgent.

The $1,000 MXN covers the exam, the X-rays taken that day and everything you take home in writing. It doesn't cover treatment or a cleaning — those are quoted separately in your estimate, and you decide on them later.
